Path of Exile may be deep into Archnemesis League, but Grinding Gear Games team has announced a date for the next expansion, 3.18, which arrives on May 13th.

The PC version of Archnemesis League will end about five days early, and new content will follow.

A major update to Path of Exile is the addition of Siege of the Atlas, adding multiple pieces of content and a massive, overhauled skill tree system. For the 3.17 expansion, players need to prepare enough POE Currency in order to get a good enough game experience. When 3.17 was released, it also brought Path of Exile the highest concurrent player count ever on Steam at over 270,000, so even though the 3.17 expansion wasn’t as hot as the last expansion, it still allowed you to end up in it keep busy.

The team also included some detail changes that complement another patch before the Archnemesis League ends. This update will include improvements to the engine, additional fixes to the ongoing beta of controller support, and other bug fixes. According to reliable sources, the current league will only run for a few more weeks.

Recent updates have focused on feature fixes, balances, and cleanups. The controller support beta also arrived with 3.17.3, and last month’s patch added some features and made controller support better integrated.
