Continue northward up Seethewater River while being cautious of the scalding geysers along the way. Tarnished will soon arrive at a fork in the path at Seethewater Cave. Choose the route on the left, riding onward until reaching Fort Laied. Avoid the enemies by sticking near the cliff wall on the left. Ahead within a lava pool, players will encounter the Magma Wyrm boss in Elden Ring, which can be bypassed by rushing through the gully in the southeast. Next, head up the slope towards Hermit Village, but be careful of the Demi-Human ambush that will occur after passing a small cemetery.

Ride towards the other end of the village and towards the two mages standing by the demi-human mini-boss. Just beyond the boss on the left will be a site of grace you can rest at. Head immediately towards this and rest to reset the enemies so they don’t attack you.

Once you’ve stopped the boss from being aggressive, stand up at the site of grace and turn around. You will see a stone statue with a bunch of green crystals growing out of it. Go up to this statue and talk to it. You won’t get a response, but doing it a second time will cause the statue to give you the Comet Azur spell.

Comet Azur sends out a massive blue beam of energy that deals huge amounts of damage, but the spell itself requires a whopping 60 intelligence. You can hold down R1 to continue the cast and drain your FP bar, so in a way, it also requires a fair amount of mind.
